Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account active on the 7reels platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. 7reels reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, or any additional information required for compliance purposes.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 7reels platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other available e-wallets.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is as specified for each selected payment method.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the 7reels platform.
- 7reels is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or any third-party payment provider.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 7reels account holder.
- 7reels reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the applicable rollover requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover conditions are not eligible for cash withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and typically range from 15 minutes to one business day.
